Very convenient, I had a pleasant stay! The waterpark was a nice touch! A lot of fun!

Sometimes there seem to not be enough staff available, like one night the restaurant/ bar closed because the only person that worked that night there went home sick so I had to go across the road to the Econo Lodge or some other hotel with a restaurant/ bar to get a drink and order a pizza. Oh and my room didn't originally have a desk chair for some reason, but the front desk took care of that matter. But other than that, it was a decent stay, I would visit again for sure!

The staff was very friendly. It was quiet.

The room/bathroom could use a make over, very shabby looking, tiles cracked but it was clean. The halls needed new carpets, stained & worn.

Continental breakfast was good.

Although we were on the top floor, you could hear water from a drain pipe all day/night long. The Air conditioner wasn't actually cooling the room. The pool was closed the first day & a half of our stay - which was why we chose this hotel in the first place. The tub leaked water into the bathroom.

Location was convenient and it was quiet.

No /Poor Air conditioning, Water Park was broken during hottest days, Room required maintenance, No ice on building, all ice machines non service.
